Join Golden State Spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician and provide individualized, in-home ABA services to children and young adults throughout Los Angeles County.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment and behavior-support plans with fidelity
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation on time
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living goals
- Partner respectfully with families and the clinical team
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for in-home assignments
- Ability to meet background-check and training requirements
- Dependable, professional, and committed to ethical care
Schedule and Caseload
Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available based on client needs. Scheduling can include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Initial hours may grow as new clients are assigned.
