Join Golden State Spectrum as a Behavior Technician and provide compassionate, in-home ABA support to children and young adults across Los Angeles County. This role is a strong fit for people beginning a career in applied behavior analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-to-one ABA services under clinical supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect accurate session data
- Help clients build communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills
- Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for in-home services throughout your assigned area
- Ability to complete required background checks and training
- Patient, dependable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
Schedule and Caseload
Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available based on client needs. Scheduling can include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Initial hours may grow as new clients are assigned.
