Join Golden State Spectrum as an ABA Program Supervisor and help coordinate high-quality, family-centered ABA services throughout Los Angeles County.
What You’ll Do
- Support implementation of individualized treatment programs under BCBA oversight
- Train, coach, and monitor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review clinical data, documentation, and client progress
- Coordinate with caregivers and the clinical team to support consistent care
- Help maintain ethical, timely, and payer-compliant services
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education and ABA coursework appropriate to the role
- Relevant experience providing and supervising ABA services
- Ability to work under BCBA supervision and within assigned scope of practice
- Strong communication, organization, and staff-coaching skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home and field-based responsibilities
Schedule and Caseload
Part-time, full-time, and contract opportunities may be available based on client needs. Scheduling can include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Caseload hours may grow as new clients are assigned.
